Ms. Thacker is a Senior Partner at the Firm, focusing on probate law, guardianship law, estate planning, business law, collections, and real estate law. 

As part of one of the few local Firms with an in-house closing department, Ms. Thacker is able to handle real estate closings on a daily basis, and assists with foreclosure work, along with representing homeowner associations for the neighborhoods of Bay Point, the Preserve, Largo Mar, Inns of Paradise and East Bay Preserve.

Ms. Thacker is a member of the Florida Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust), the Bay County Bar Association, the St. Andrews Bay American Inns of Court, and is admitted to the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Florida, having earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi’s College of Law in 1999. Ms. Thacker is also the former Chairman of the 14th Judicial Circuit First Saturday Legal Clinic. She earned the 14th Circuit’s 2007 Florida Bar Pro Bono Service award for her leadership and work with the Clinic.
